Bunny cake is an Easter tradition

I’m a fan of the Spring Baking Championship. Bunny cake doesn’t hold a candle to what those bakers can create. Through the years, bunny cake looks pretty much the same. Not every cake was photographed. I was often rushing to get to work following Easter brunch. Click here for a recipe. I used the coconut and red licorice only the first year. At least two 16-ounce plastic tubs and cupcake decorator icing take their place. This year’s experiment (2024) was to use 7-minute frosting, which due to high altitude became 27-minute frosting. Roll the cursor over each photo for the year the cake was created.
